Billing and Plans

Manage your subscription, view usage, and access invoices. Go to SettingsOrganizationBilling card.


Current Plan

Your billing page shows your active plan and quota usage.


Quota Dashboard

Quota Description
Users Team members on your account
Storage File and attachment storage used
Messages Total messages this billing cycle
AI Messages AI-generated messages this month

Each quota shows:

  • Current usage vs. limit
  • Progress bar visualization
  • Warning when approaching limit (90%+)

Trial Experience

If you're on a trial:

  • See trial end date and remaining days
  • View Trial Conversion Card with upgrade options
  • Click Subscribe Now to convert to a paid plan

Trial users see a streamlined billing page focused on conversion.


Billing Cycle

For subscribed users, view:

Field Description
Billing Status Active, Trial, Payment Due, Cancelled
Access Status Active, Grace, Suspended
Current Period Start and end dates
Next Invoice Upcoming billing date

Managing Your Subscription

Subscribe to a Plan

  1. Click Subscribe Now
  2. Select your desired plan from the dialog
  3. Complete checkout via DODO Payments
  4. Return to Enorve with active subscription

Cancel Subscription

  1. Click Cancel Subscription
  2. Confirm cancellation in the dialog
  3. Access continues until the end of your billing period
  4. You’ll see the cancellation effective date

Request Plan Change

For non-trial tenant admins:

  1. Click Request Plan Change
  2. Select desired new plan
  3. Provide reason for change
  4. Submit request for review

Invoices

View your billing history:

Column Description
Invoice # Unique invoice identifier
Date Invoice date
Amount Total charged
Status Paid, Pending, Overdue
Actions Download PDF

Alerts and Notifications

You may see alerts for:

  • Grace Period: Payment overdue, access continues temporarily
  • Pending Cancellation: Subscription ending on a specific date
  • Account Suspended: Access restricted until resolved
