The Live Chat widget is typically the fastest channel to set up.

  4. Create a new widget or manage existing ones

Widget Status

  • Active: At least one widget is enabled and receiving messages
  • Inactive: No active widgets configured

The card displays how many widgets are configured (for example, “2 widgets configured”).

OAuth Channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)

These channels require authentication through the platform’s OAuth flow.

Connecting an OAuth Channel

  1. Find the channel card (for example, WhatsApp)
  2. Click Connect Now
  3. Complete authentication in the popup window
  4. Return to Enorve to see Connected status

Managing Connected Channels

Once connected, you can:

  • Reconnect: Refresh the OAuth connection if needed
  • Disconnect: Remove the channel connection

Connected channels display:

  • Account ID
  • Connection date

Email Channel

Email uses a webhook-based connection.

Configuring Email

  1. Find the Email card
  2. Click Configure Email (or Settings if already connected)
  3. This takes you to account settings
  4. Copy the webhook URL displayed
  5. Configure your email service to forward emails to this webhook

Email Webhook URL

When connected, the Email card displays:

  • Your configured domain
  • The webhook URL for email forwarding
  • A copy button for the webhook URL

Channel Status Indicators

Each channel card has a color-coded left border:

  • Colored bar: Channel is connected and active
  • Gray bar: Channel is not connected or inactive

Important Notes

The bottom of the Channels page displays a warning:

Make sure your channel account is active and has the necessary permissions. Webhooks will be automatically configured.

Adding New Channels

To add a channel:

  1. Navigate to the Channels page
  2. Click Connect Now on the desired channel
  3. Follow the OAuth or configuration flow
  4. Verify the status changes to Connected

Best Practices

  1. Start with Live Chat: It’s the fastest to set up and test
  2. Test each channel: Send yourself a message to verify the connection
  3. Monitor connection status: Check the Channels page if messages aren’t appearing
  4. Keep OAuth tokens fresh: Reconnect if you notice authentication issues
  5. Document webhook URLs: Save email webhook URLs in your documentation
