The card displays how many widgets are configured (for example, “2 widgets configured”).
OAuth Channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)
These channels require authentication through the platform’s OAuth flow.

- Click Connect Now
- Complete authentication in the popup window
- Return to Enorve to see Connected status

Once connected, you can:

Connected channels display:
- Account ID
- Connection date
Email Channel
Email uses a webhook-based connection.
Configuring Email
- Find the Email card
- Click Configure Email (or Settings if already connected)
- This takes you to account settings
- Copy the webhook URL displayed
- Configure your email service to forward emails to this webhook
Email Webhook URL
When connected, the Email card displays:
- Your configured domain
- The webhook URL for email forwarding
- A copy button for the webhook URL
Channel Status Indicators
Each channel card has a color-coded left border:
- Colored bar: Channel is connected and active
- Gray bar: Channel is not connected or inactive
Important Notes
The bottom of the Channels page displays a warning:
Make sure your channel account is active and has the necessary permissions. Webhooks will be automatically configured.
Adding New Channels
To add a channel:
- Navigate to the Channels page
- Click Connect Now on the desired channel
- Follow the OAuth or configuration flow
- Verify the status changes to Connected
Best Practices
- Start with Live Chat: It’s the fastest to set up and test
- Test each channel: Send yourself a message to verify the connection
- Monitor connection status: Check the Channels page if messages aren’t appearing
- Keep OAuth tokens fresh: Reconnect if you notice authentication issues
- Document webhook URLs: Save email webhook URLs in your documentation
