Connect Enorve with your existing tools to streamline workflows. Access integrations from Settings → Platform → Integrations card, or directly via the sidebar.

Integration Types

Native Integrations

Built directly into Enorve. AI can act on these integrations automatically.

Integration Purpose AI Capabilities
Shopify E-commerce platform Fetch orders, tracking, purchase history
Slack Team collaboration Send notifications, escalations

Custom Integrations

Require plan upgrades for full functionality.

Connecting Shopify

  1. Click Connect to Shopify
  2. Enter your shop domain (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com)
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authorize Enorve in the Shopify popup
  5. Once connected, you’ll see:
    • Store name
    • Domain link
    • Health status (Operational)
    • Last sync time

What Shopify Integration Does

  • Look up customer orders during conversations
  • AI fetches order status automatically
  • Access tracking info and purchase history
  • Orders are fetched on-demand (no background sync)

Connecting Slack

  1. Click Connect Slack Workspace
  2. Authorize in the Slack popup
  3. Select a channel for notifications
  4. Once connected, you’ll see:
    • Workspace name
    • Connected channel
    • Health status

What Slack Integration Does

  • Receive escalation notifications
  • Get alerts for priority conversations
  • Team collaboration on complex issues

Connecting HubSpot

Requires Professional plan or higher

  1. Click Connect HubSpot
  2. Authorize via OAuth
  3. Configure sync settings
  4. View connection status and portal info

What HubSpot Integration Does

  • Sync customer data with CRM
  • Create or update contacts from conversations
  • Track customer interactions

Connecting Zapier

Requires Professional plan or higher

  1. Click Configure on the Zapier card
  2. View your Zapier webhook URL
  3. Create Zaps that trigger on Enorve events

What Zapier Integration Does

  • Trigger workflows on new conversations
  • Send data to 5,000+ apps
  • Automate repetitive tasks

Disconnecting Integrations

For any connected integration:

  1. Find the integration card
  2. Click Disconnect [Integration Name]
  3. Confirm the disconnection

Note: Disconnecting removes access but doesn’t delete historical data.
