Connect Enorve with your existing tools to streamline workflows. Access integrations from Settings → Platform → Integrations card, or directly via the sidebar.
Integration Types
Native Integrations
Built directly into Enorve. AI can act on these integrations automatically.

Connecting Shopify
- Click Connect to Shopify
- Enter your shop domain (e.g.,
mystore.myshopify.com) - Click Connect
- Authorize Enorve in the Shopify popup
- Once connected, you’ll see:
- Store name
- Domain link
- Health status (Operational)
- Last sync time
What Shopify Integration Does
- Look up customer orders during conversations
- AI fetches order status automatically
- Access tracking info and purchase history
- Orders are fetched on-demand (no background sync)
Connecting Slack
- Click Connect Slack Workspace
- Authorize in the Slack popup
- Select a channel for notifications
- Once connected, you’ll see:
- Workspace name
- Connected channel
- Health status
What Slack Integration Does
- Receive escalation notifications
- Get alerts for priority conversations
- Team collaboration on complex issues
Connecting HubSpot
Requires Professional plan or higher
- Click Connect HubSpot
- Authorize via OAuth
- Configure sync settings
- View connection status and portal info
What HubSpot Integration Does
- Sync customer data with CRM
- Create or update contacts from conversations
- Track customer interactions
Connecting Zapier
Requires Professional plan or higher
- Click Configure on the Zapier card
- View your Zapier webhook URL
- Create Zaps that trigger on Enorve events
What Zapier Integration Does
- Trigger workflows on new conversations
- Send data to 5,000+ apps
- Automate repetitive tasks
Disconnecting Integrations
For any connected integration:
- Find the integration card
- Click Disconnect [Integration Name]
- Confirm the disconnection
Note: Disconnecting removes access but doesn’t delete historical data.
