My Settings

The My Settings page contains all personal preferences and account security options. Access it by going to Settings in the sidebar, then selecting the My Settings tab.


Profile Settings

Update your personal information that's visible to teammates and customers.

  • Display Name: How your name appears in conversations and to team members
  • Email: Your login email (linked to your account)
  • Avatar: Upload a profile picture

Password & Security

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to SettingsMy Settings
  2. Scroll to the Password section
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click Update Password

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Add an extra layer of security to your account:

  1. Find the Two-Factor Authentication section
  2. Click Enable MFA
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to verify
  5. Save your backup codes securely

Admin users are required to enable MFA during initial setup.


Notification Preferences

Control how and when you receive notifications:

Notification Type Options
New conversations Email, Push, In-app
Assigned to you Email, Push, In-app
Mentions Email, Push, In-app
Escalations Email, Push, In-app

Toggle each notification type on or off based on your preferences.


Email Preferences

Configure your email communication settings:

  • Email digest frequency: Daily, Weekly, or None
  • Marketing communications: Opt in or out of product updates

Email Signature

Create a professional signature that's automatically appended to your email replies:

  1. Go to Email Signature Settings
  2. Enter your signature text
  3. Use the formatting toolbar for styling
  4. Toggle Enable Signature to activate

Display Preferences

Customize how the interface appears:

  • Theme: Light, Dark, or System (follows your device settings)
  • Density: Comfortable or Compact view

UI Preferences

Additional interface customizations:

  • Sidebar behavior: Always visible or collapsible
  • Default inbox view: All, Open, or Needs Human

Working Hours

Set your availability schedule for routing and notifications:

  1. Toggle Enable Working Hours on
  2. For each day of the week:
    • Toggle the day on/off
    • Set start time and end time
  3. Outside working hours, notifications can be muted and conversations can be routed differently
