Setting up your account

This guide walks you through creating your Enorve account and completing the initial setup.


Creating Your Account

  1. Go to the Enorve sign-in page
  2. Click Create account (below the sign-in form)
  3. Enter your Company name (this becomes your workspace name)
  4. Enter your Email address
  5. Create a Password (minimum 8 characters)
  6. Confirm your password
  7. Click Create account

After signing up, you'll see Welcome to Enorve! and be directed to choose a plan.


Choosing a Plan

Select the plan that fits your needs. You can start with a trial to explore all features before committing.


The Setup Wizard

After selecting a plan, you'll enter the setup wizard with three steps:

Step 1: Welcome

You'll see an overview of Enorve's core features:

  • Smart Enorve backend
  • Knowledge base
  • Connect channels

Click Let’s Get Started to continue.


Step 2: Channels

Create your first communication channel (recommended: Live Chat widget). This takes about 60 seconds.

  • Click Continue after creating a widget
  • Or click Skip for Now to do this later

Step 3: Launch

Review your readiness checklist showing:

  • Knowledge base status (documents uploaded)
  • Channels status (channels connected)

Click Launch Dashboard to access your workspace.


Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)

If you're an admin, you'll be prompted to set up MFA after completing the setup wizard. This adds an extra layer of security to your account.

You’ll see Secure My Account instead of Launch Dashboard on the final step.


Your Dashboard

Once setup is complete, you’ll land on your dashboard. If no channels are connected yet, you’ll see two call-to-action cards:

  • Connect Channel — Set up messaging channels
  • Train Your AI — Add knowledge base content
