Getting Started

After signing up, you'll go through a quick 3-step setup:

  1. Welcome — Overview of what you'll configure
  2. Channels — Create a Live Chat widget to start receiving messages
  3. Launch — Review your setup and access your dashboard

The entire process takes about 5 minutes. You can skip steps and complete them later from your dashboard.

Your First Actions

Once in the dashboard, focus on these two priorities:

  1. Connect a channel to receive customer messages
  2. Add knowledge so the AI can respond accurately

Both actions are highlighted on your dashboard until completed.
